Drawing on our founder's experience since 2019, HAZMAT Advisor has delivered comprehensive chemical safety consulting across Sri Lanka's most critical industrial sectors. Our work spans chemical safety audits at leading automotive and pharmaceutical manufacturers, toxic gas system assessments at major industrial facilities, national-level chemical emergency response operations, and extensive training programs for industry, emergency services and government agencies.

We have conducted comprehensive occupational health and safety audits at Associated Motorways (AMW), Sri Lanka's leading automotive manufacturing plant, Janet Lanka Pvt Ltd covering operations for iconic cosmetic brands including SPA Ceylon, and Verger Naturals extraction facilities. Our chemical safety and fire risk assessments have helped these organizations identify hazards, strengthen controls and build safer operations.

Our chlorine and toxic gas safety expertise has been trusted by critical infrastructure including MIDAS Safety in Awissawella and DPL Company in Biyagama, where we evaluated pressurized chlorine systems, emergency scrubber performance and chemical security protocols. These assessments ensure the safe operation of systems handling highly toxic gases in industrial environments.

HAZMAT Advisor has delivered chemical safety training programs for major organizations including Keells Food Products PLC (anhydrous ammonia safety), Paranthan Chemicals Company Limited (chlorine handling and emergency management), Siddhalepa (safe chemical handling for pharmaceutical manufacturing), and Haycarb (incident prevention and safety performance improvement). We have also supported grassroots safety awareness initiatives, including chemical safety training for nattami (porters) in Pettah who handle hazardous materials daily.

Our emergency response capability was demonstrated through a national-level chemical waste disposal mission, where we led the neutralization and disposal of contaminated chemical waste including dangerous chlorine compounds over five intensive days, coordinating with government institutions, fire services and regulatory bodies. We have also designed and led chemical emergency drills at facilities like Sithara Limited, simulating complex hazardous spill scenarios with fire, smoke and community impact.

HAZMAT Advisor has built strong partnerships with Sri Lankan government institutions, emergency services, defense and law enforcement agencies, delivering CBRNE and chemical safety training and capacity building programs. Our international engagement includes collaboration with organizations such as JICA and participation in the EUROPCB Peer Exchange on Hospital Preparedness for CBRNE Emergencies, a European Commission and WHO Europe program, demonstrating our commitment to advancing chemical safety, dangerous goods and HAZMAT expertise at both national and international levels.
